Reservations
Call Mitch Metzgar for reservations, either at home - (607) 898-3409 or on
his cell phone - (607) 591-1201. If he does not answer, leave a
message on the home phone with the pertinent information - your name,
contact information and the dates you'd like to stay. Mitch will get
back to you as soon as possible.
One half of payment is due upon reservation, remainder to be paid two weeks
before arrival date. Payment is to be made by check or bank draft.
Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before arrival date for refund of
your down payment. After that date, the down payment is
non-refundable. Phone cancellations are preferred, but cancellations
by E-mail and USMail are also acceptable. Please allow sufficient time
for your mail to reach us before the 2 week deadline.

Check out time on day of departure: 11:00 AM

$350-$700 per night, depending on party size and season. Rates may
vary for Graduation weekends and Holidays. Please feel free to call
and inquire about our rates on the dates you require.

- Stocking refrigerator and staples before your arrval
- Catered meals and gatherings
- We love to Barbeque! Our specialties include smoked beef
brisket, pulled pork and ribs, BBQ chicken and all the fixings,
including our own Metzgar's BBQ sauce.
