Peg mill retreat specializes in a customized, secluded living experience
with a variety of options to fit your needs. Let us provide you with a newly
remodeled home containing all new furnishings in a lovely country style and
setting. We can accommodate a variety of dining options, from simply
shopping yourself at one of the nearby grocery stores and making your own
meals, giving you the flexibility to eat what you want, when you want it, to
providing
an amply stocked refrigerator and pantry, sparing you the need to take the
time to shop,
to a fully catered getaway on our beautiful grounds.
Your home away from home features a modern kitchen, completely equipped with
pots, pans, utensils, tableware and glassware, as well as a large great
room/dining room with a cozy gas fired Lopi stove. The three cozy bedrooms,
master downstairs and two upstairs, each feature queen size cedar
post beds. The living room hosts a couch, swing rocker chair, 42"
flat panel TV and a Blu-Ray player. The house is situated on 23 acres
of land and boasts a beautiful open field, woodlands, a fishing pond with
large mouth bass, and is bordered by two renowned trout streams - the Owasco
Inlet and the Peg Mill Stream. The yard supports 3 acres of lawn, with
mature landscaping and gardens surrounding the home. We are currently
constructing a driving range behind the home for your pleasure.
The views are spectacular from every angle. Wildlife abounds,
with deer and turkeys feeding in the field and a variety of birds in and out
of the yard.
